Highlights
- Interlaken - Meet your tourguide at Interlaken Ost train station before boarding the local train for 20 minutes for a ride through the Lauterbrunnen valley.

Lauterbrunnen - Arrive at the village of Lauterbrunnen, surrounded by mountains and with a view of the surrounding mountains.
A short walk through the village will take place to the local church, one of the photo stops on this tour. - Staubbach Waterfall - Take your time at the view point of the Staubbach waterfall, the 297m high waterfall in the village.
- Grütschalp - The tour continous by a 10 minutes aerial gondola ride from Lauterbrunnen to Grütschalp. Enjoy the view of the village and the waterfall, while the aerial gondola takes you up to Grütschalp. Over here, you change onto the narrow gauge train, which takes you 15 minutes along the ridge to the village of Mürren. The scenic ride gives you views of Eiger, Mönch & Jungfrau.

Murren - Mürren is a traditional Walser mountain village in the Bernese Highlands of Switzerland, at an elevation of 1,638 meters above sea level and it cannot be reached by public road. You have the chance to discover this scenery by yourself, you can cross the entire village within 20 minutes. Several restaurants and bars invite you to relax, to enjoy the view, or discover old wooden chalets and green meadows.
Your tour guide is available to you for information or hints about Mürren and places to go. - Murren - After your stay, the tour guide will guide you back to the local train from Mürren to Grütschalp and onto the cableway to Lauterbrunnen.
If you want to visit other sights (e.g. Trümelbach waterfalls or Wengen), you will get directions from the tour guide and you may leave the group.
The group itself travels back for 20 minutes on the local train to Interlaken, where the tour ends.

The tour sets aside over two hours for you to unwind at Mürren, meander around the village or set off on a hiking trail. If you wish, you can part ways with the group on the return journey at Lauterbrunnen to marvel at the Trümmelbach waterfalls.

Best of Europe - Our guide Anthony was so wonderful and knowledgeable. We had the most wonderful time with him and visiting the valley and Murren Alpine Village. I would recommend this trip to everyone and ask for Anthony.

Exceptional views of Swiss Alps !! - This is a very relaxing , smooth and specially beautiful tour We took 3 Methods of transportation in order to get to Müren. Very easy with Tony our tour guide. Must go from Interlaken exceptional views

Beautiful and insightful - The tour ended up just being my husband and I so it was very special! Mike was like our own personal tour guide, with lots of knowledge and cool tips to share! Mike went above and beyond, extending the tour to the 10 waterfalls!! 100% recommend!!

A fantastic experience! - Adrian, the tour guide was fantastic, very well travelled and knowledgeable. The views at both Lauterbrunnen and Murren were breathtakingly beautiful. We travelled with a lovely family of 6 and all got on very well, loved the closeness of this tour.

Money well spent. - Our guide was a wealth of information and he actually made the excursion so very memorable.
On our walk thru both Lauterbrunnen and Murren he told us about the history of the villages, pointed out landmarks, and mountains. He had prepared for each family info on each village and a Swiss map of our journey from Interlaken Ost. Loved the walk between Murren and the gondulas we took. Very enjoyable day that I would recommend to all.

Very good - Christoph, is a wonderful person and a tour guide. He converse with us and have answered all questions that we asked him. The other good thing about this, is we gained new friend. The tour is amazing, never expected that it will be just me and my husband but I love it.

Great trip - I really enjoyed the fact that it was a small group. Our guide; Rachael, gave us great advice about which side of the train to sit on to have the best view.
The views were spectacular. Our only disappointment was the short time we spent in Lauterbrunnen, 3 hours in Murren was too long, the time could have been split more fairly.
Our guide was friendly and a mine of information.

Enjoyed the town but your experience will vary greatly based on your guide - While we found Lauterbrunnen to be a magical town, we were disappointed that our guide did not really engage with us other than when we asked him specific questions. One of the reasons we booked this tour was all of the reviews stating how informative the tour guides were so that was a disappointment. While he was a nice man, and we enjoyed the town, this seemed like a lot of money for someone to mainly just provide us with directions to the trains. We did not have what I would consider a tour guide. I think we missed out on that part of the experience compared to others reviews.
