The ultimate family tour guides - Don’t look any further Lawernce and his team are hands down the best tour company in all of Scotland! We hired them for our family of 16 including 8 children under 14 and I infant for 3 days. Our first tour was the transfer tour from Edinburgh to Inverness and they were so knowledgeable and willing to customize it to our group. The next day they picked us up in Inverness and surprised us with a day full of kid friendly focused activities. Our last tour with them was to Skye and it was the most picturesque day! Lawernce and Ken knew so much about Scottish history and happily catered to our group especially with so many small children. Thank you so much for making our first time in Scotland so memorable. Private 4 day Tour w/ Lawrence from Edinburgh to Inverness & Isle of Skye w/ transfer from Edinburgh - Booking this tour was the best decision we made of our entire trip to Scotland. Lawrence was the BEST tour guide ever! From the very first email inquiry I sent, he was organized, friendly, quick & responsive with communications & helpful with suggestions. Lawrence went above & beyond to help us with our itinerary & logistics to maximize seeing as many of the best sights & make our trip as stress-free as possible. He was a great driver, very knowledgeable about the history of the area, had great restaurant recommendations, picked us up from Edinburgh, booked our ferry tickets, etc. Two unexpected things happened with our Isle of Skye portion of the trip and even though it had nothing to do with him, Lawrence fixed both issues for us. There was a glitch in the system & our hotel lost our reservation in Portree. This was a big deal because the hotel was fully booked & lodging is very limited. Lawrence made multiple calls on our behalf to help ensure we had lodging & the hotel was finally able to accommodate us. Also, the ferry was cancelled on the day we were leaving Isle of Skye, and driving to Mallaig station would have made us miss our train. So, Lawrence drove us to Glenfinnan train station instead to ensure that we made our train. All of these things would have been very stressful to figure out on our own. Having Lawrence, though, it felt like we had family looking out for us & that everything would work out, so we were not stressed. Best trip ever 😃 - Lawrence and Billy are the best tour guides. They planned a 4-day trip for us from Edinburgh through the Isle of Skye, Inverness and back to Edinburgh.
