A hop on hop off expedition - Excellent views of Inverness from the top deck with useful information over the speakers. Driver was freindly and journey very smooth.

Nice little loop of Inverness - A nice little loop around Inverness highlighting all of the places of interest, and even going out of the city to help facilitate anyone who fancies a river cruise on the River Ness! Friendly driver and very reasonably priced.

Great views of the city, but needs some updates - The driver was friendly and helpful. However, the bus itself is old and worn out. The speakers for the narrated tour were not loud enough to hear anything and did not effectively communicate the stops. It was not obvious when you could get on/off the bus. The seats on the open air deck were worn and cracked. Not a big deal, except I found out too late that this meant they are soaking wet because of all the rain in Scotland. The cracks allow the seats to become waterlogged. So use discretion when choosing a seat, even if the weather is nice at the time of the tour. Overall, it provided scenic views and affordable transportation.

Disappointing - Not much to see quite disapoi Very disappointing would not recommend only runs once an hour so long wait to hop back on especially as castle closed for renovations until 2025

Inverness HOHO was ordinary - The bus commentary was very limited offering little information about the sights. The stop at Dochgarroch Loch was our highlight, great cafe for lunch and an option to join a cruise of Loch Ness for an additional cost. We really learnt nothing about the city from this tour, we were disappointed.

Nice - Quick and easy way to see seven stops in an hour. I highly recommend hopping off at the Botanical Garden, you will not regret it.

Waste of money - Wow!!!!!! What a total waste if money. Inverness has very little to see on this tour. Take some time to walk around, use a taxi one way if it's too far but it's an insult to call it sightseeing.

Awful - avoid and find a guided walk instead - No history whatsoever as we toured housing estates - really terrible wish we’d tried a walking tour with a local guide..

Very disappointed. - Sad to say worst big bus tour I've done. Couldn't hear the commentary from upstairs so did part of the route a second time downstairs. At least half the route was passing through housing estates with background music. What a wasted opportunity! So much history and info missed. I would have liked to know about John Raining's school, St Mary McKillop and St Mary's church windows, Dunbar hospital, the oldest home in Inverness, when the area was first settled, when it became a city, main local trades and industry, Kessock Bridge, Kindergarten Military hospital, Balnain House and more. Even if the bus route couldn't pass these places the information could have been given during the times the route was passing through housing estates. The run to Dochgarroch Lock is pointless unless you are going to sail on Loch Ness. there is nothing to see from the bus except a car park... no view of the loch or locks and little scenery to see on the way there and back except trees either side of the road. Altogether a missed opportunity, and a waste of money with the current route and commentary.
