Something for everyone! Family of 6 catered to from start to finish. - Lido water park turned out to be the best part of our holiday. As a family of 6, ranging of ages from 3-11, there was something for everyone! It’s not a huge place like some I have been to but it was big enough. There was sunloungers everywhere in abundance with plenty of shade. The food (burgers in particular) were absolutely outstanding. Lido run their own transport too but I’m not sure how to book that. I booked via trip advisor and another company picked us up from another hotel and the driver very kindly took us back to our hotel up the hill (Aegean view). There was a lot of communication given so I was never in the dark with transfers or if it was a scam ect. Best day ever!

Great day out with friends and family - Great waterpark. Floor can get a little hot so reccomend sea shoes or walk to rides in sliders and leave at end of ride. Lockers are 7 euros but only get 2 euros back when hand key back in. All in all Great day out

Splash of a Day - The whole set up was perfect, the park is not so big but it has plenty of water slides and activities and it is beautifully maintained . The booking experience with Viator was perfect, all went very smoothly.

Average - The park was clean, the slides were good, but I think it’s time for some new ones. In addition the food we ordered was unfortunately cold.

In need of investment, health and safety a concern. - Don’t bother - we went with teen girls, all left with skin injuries due the the equipment tired and in need of attention. The joins on the slides are not smooth causing a razor effect on the skin. The restaurants were poorly staffed and tables not tendered to - music played through large speakers near the main pool we’re old and crackly playing a genre of rat pack and 1950’s - it is extremely obvious this place requires quite a lot of investment. It is not a place I would feel safe taking younger children, it is an accident waiting to happen. Sorry Lido! Not for us! Such a shame because Kos is the most beautiful place and I would certainly come back for a holiday.

Ripped off - I paid for Lido and transfers and was informed the day before the trip (not when I booked a week before) that the hotel I was staying at (although I had provided this info in advance) was outside of the pickup and drop off area. So I paid for transfers but didn't get any. I expected an automatic refund but havn't got one yet.

Good park but non existent transfers. - The waterpark itself was good, but don’t be taken in by the transfers from your hotel as they don’t exist. You buy the tickets and despite our hotel being listed we were told that there was no transfer in our resort, let alone our hotel. The operator denied all knowledge of our hotel being listed and were left to organise our own transport.

Unsafe and poorly managed - As a family we love water parks and have visited many parks in different countries so I feel like we know what good looks like and this is not it. It is poorly run, unsafe and poorly connected to transport. Three of us visited and all three suffered injuries. Most of these were skin grazed from poorly joined sections of the rides. I also suffered a severe sprain to my shoulder when I hit the water at the end of a ride as another person in a tube hit the water and cross crossed into my lane. There are three tides that start and end at the same point. I told the life guards but they didn’t seem to care. Safety is not a priority, there are multiple rides where one member of staff is managing more than one ride. The cafe is totally understaffed and it feels like it is run by a group of strangers who only met that day. There is no real queue system so it is a free for all to grab a table at rush hour. The food comes in drinks and drabs, my meal was over 30 minutes after my wife and son were served, we all ordered at the same time. They forgot my wife’s fries, at least that broke the boredom of me waiting the 30 minutes. We waited over two hours to get a taxi, there was no shuttle to Kardamena on the day we were there. There is a public bus if you walk down the road which has no real public pathway. There are about 5 slides/rides, a wave pool and lazy river. There are two settings for the wave pool, one is gentle and one is extreme. I enjoyed the extreme one but if you are not aware of it and are up near the top you might find it a struggle. I loved Kos but would not set forth in this place again.
