Great tour and excellent scones, lunch and tour guide!! - Our host John was quite remarkable. His knowledge of the island is incredible as well as the welcome and the lunch. The horse drawn carriage ride and narration was fun and educational. The sights, as well as the pint in the Flaherty Bar were amazing!! I would recommend this tour to anyone!

Expensive Horseback ride, with no history - I was very disappointed with the Horseback riding tour through the battlefields. I was so excited to experience the battlefields up close, but it was more of an expensive horseback riding experience. I told one of the operators that we couldn't hear, one rider was very slow and held us back from the gentleman giving the tour. His response was to turn my radio up. I explained it was maxed out. Then we went to the halfway point and I told the National Parks Service gentleman speaking. Still on the return trip, I only caught bits and pieces. When we finished, I told the person who checked us in. She simply said, I will have to find your radio. It wasn't only my radio, my husband couldn't hear anything either. It was not about us enjoying the trip, they had been paid and didn't care that we didn't get our money's worth.
