You will receive a call from the tour operator the day before your scheduled tour to confirm the meeting location and time. We conduct tours regardless of rain. However, tours may be canceled if we determine that conditions are hazardous.
Please arrive in attire suitable for getting wet.
Make sure to use the bathroom prior to joining the tour, as there are no facilities near the tour area.
Alcohol consumption before the tour is strictly prohibited.
Notify us promptly if you expect to be delayed.
