Rhino joy... - Siya was a lovely guide having picked us up from our accommodation in St Lucia we then headed to the wetlands. Siya was very informative and we all learned something new about some of the animals we saw, unfortunately no Elephants but we did see a Rhino which is a tick off my husbands bucket list. Beautiful sunset drive with a stop for coffee at an amazing viewpoint. Would definitely recommend to a friend, make sure to take a jacket. Thank you for a wonderful evening. (Unfortunately I didn't take a photo of the rhino)

Sunset safari with rhino and hippo spottings - Siya guided us through the park and explained a lot about all the wildlife and enviroment of the park. He made sure we had a lovely experience tracking down rhino’s and seeing hippo close by grazing on land

Last minute plans for the win! - We did the sunset safari and although it was overcast and we didn’t get to see the sunset, everything was still so beautiful! Yam was the best guide - so knowledgeable and SO FUNNY! Would definitely recommend! Sad we didn’t get to see an elephant but saw so many other animals!

Awesome Sunset drive - Our guide, Siyabonga, was most professional, friendly and a mine of knowledge. His keen eye helped us spot an African Snake Eagle, Crested guinea fowl, giant kingfisher, heron, owl, African pied wagtail, leopard tortoise, warthog, hippos, kudu, waterbuck, zebra, impala, elephants, buffelo, hare, hyena and the best of all, a leopard! Refreshments at Catalina Bay lookout point over the iSimangaliso Wetland park was most enjoyable.

A wonderful end to our safari trip - Our sundowner safari was simply great. We were picked up on time from our accommodation and went straight to the park. We were able to admire many animals up close and enjoy the landscape of the park. Our guide was super nice and explained a lot of information about the animals and the park. We felt safe and well looked after throughout. Cold drinks were provided and there was enough time to take photos. There was a short break at a great viewing point. Here we had coffee/tea and muffins and theoretically you could have watched the sunset wonderfully. Unfortunately the weather didn't play along. But that can always happen. It was still great! We would book a safari with this provider again at any time. Everything was as expected.

Once in a lifetime!! Excellent!! Outstanding service - One of the best experiences ever!! We chose the sunset safari with the amazing Yamkela as our guide, heritage day tours and safaris have set the bar on game drives extremely high. Yamkela our guide was very informative about the local wildlife he was so patient in his tour and made every experience filled with fun. The highlight was a young male elephant out in the open and tried to scare us off with his might but Yamkela handled it all to well! Outstanding service I would chose heritage day tours and safaris always. Thanks Yamkela for a once in a lifetime experience!!!
