No Reason Not to Do This - Had a great time, the waters were beautiful. Its certainly worth gettig on a boat to visit these other islands; the water looks MUCH better than what you see on the shores in Cartagena near Boca Grande for example. I wasn’t crazy about the snacks they offered (arepa and shrimp ceviche) but it was decent. The lunch was really good though (fish). The water was choppy on the way back - in the afternoon - but that’s just part of the fun/experience! Expect to get wet. You might even want to wear your snorkling goggles during the ride back home so your eyes dont get red from the salt water. William was an awesome guide, friendly gentleman who speaks good English and has a good time with his job. Captain Jesus got us back safely and on time. Great experience - I might do it again next year !

A must-see in cartagena - My friend and I had the best day! William is a one-of-a-guide who went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a good time. Incredible blue water and some of the best snorkeling! Lunch was delicious too with options for everyone. It was a 10/10 experience. Ask William to rap Gangstas Paradise for you! The rest of the staff were amazing too and so hardworking. Would definitely recommend. (not for people who get seasick).

So glad we did this :) - William was such a great tour guide! He had such a great and positive attitude, and shared interesting details on our way to the snorkeling destination. After that we went to Marina Island and my partner and I had a relaxing time. The lunch was SO good. The trip back was a bit bumpy though so be prepared for that. Overall, a fun experience!

Rosario Island tour - Beautiful islands. Good tour guide. We booked a tour of one island because the other options said 4 or 6 islands and we wanted a more relaxing day. Got confusing when we boarded a boat with approx 10 other people and were told after the first island that we were staying there for the rest of the day and all others and the tour guide were going snorkeling at a new island. Tour agency would not let us join them. Both tours were same price. Options on Viator are confusing. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful place.

Beautiful islands, helpful crew, good food - This was an amazing day trip to the islands. The trip out was great. The snorkeling super fun. Saw many colorful fish. The meal and snack were good. However be ready for a rough boat trip back to Cartegena.

One to miss! - Overall I thought the value for money was poor. After meeting in the park we walked to the port to board the boat. The trip out to the island was lovely smooth conditions, blue sky and interesting things to see. The need for music blaring at 100 decibels was totally unnecessary and stopped any conversation with fellow passengers. The snorkeling was far to short in time, there was little to see on the reef. The face mask leaked water so was constantly having to clear it. You are required to wear a life vest (or have it with you) while snorkeling, which makes trying to snorkeling almost impossible. I had my mask changed by the guide which was better, but moments after getting the replacement mask we were called back to the boat! On arrival at the "private island" which I was expecting to be a small atol type island with sandy beaches and palms which you could leisurely walk around on the beach or in the surf. It turned out to be a small populated island with concrete sea front, and trashy buildings. Hardly a trip to paradise. Snacks were prepared which were fine and the first cubra libre was given. With the guide saying do you want the second one a bit later. (It was never delivered). Soon after the guide and everyone else got back on the boat to head off to another island. So we were two tours in one, and we were left alone and told the boat would be back at 3 to collect us. We were given lunch and sat in the sun and swam in the sea until the boat returned. It promptly did at 3pm, and we set off to meet the rest of the passengers. Stopping en route to drop locals off at various spots. We them headed back to Cartagena by now the wind was up and so were the waves. We set off at speed in the boat crashing over the swells, life jackets on and again deafening music over the hifi system. The boat was crashing down in the swells jarring intensively the body there was nothing to hold onto particularly. It was a white knuckle ride without a shadow of a doubt, and due to the jarring of the body not one I'd wish to repeat. I do not recommend this tour.
