Catamaran Isla Mujeres was great - I loved visiting Isla Mujeres with them, it is a great way to visit new places in a completely safe way. I want to come back next year with my friends

See it all trip - Great trip with a wonderful tour guide and captain! Small group, more personal. Loved the golf cart tour of Isla Mujeres!

Awesome - Was an awesome time! They play good music staff is very friendly and they keep the drinks flowing! If your hoping for a long time to shop and explore the island this is not the trip for you (first stop for souvenirs we had 35 minutes which was nothing) but if u wanna knock out shopping, snorkeling get great food and spend the day under the sun on the water I highly recommend!

Fun cruise - I just wanted to take my son who has physical issue to a cruise. We enjoyed the tour. We didn't go snorkeling but I wondered what they could see for 30 minutes in where were so many boats and close to the shore. Visit to the little town was great. We didn't go on the Golf Cart activities as time is too short. The waitress in the restaurant were nice. Now I want to tell you about the guides. They are greatttttttđŸ˜‚đŸ€ŁđŸ€Ł. They're all sincere, polite and helpful. They know how to motivate people to get involved in the games. My son followed the music to move even he couldn't stand up to dance. I believe most all passengers enjoyed the tour. I highly recommend this tour but you have to realize very short time for each activity. I think it would be a good idea to just spend few days in Isle Mujeres to do different activities instead of doing everything in such a rush. P.S. I'm a travel agent myself.

Not worth it. Go with a different company. - Snorkeling was fun. Setting is beautiful. Food is bad. Workers are pushy. Crazy hot. Bring lots of sunscreen. I am glad we did it but I wouldn't do it again and definitely not with this business. It was a long day.

Herding cattle - Good trip but company needs to organize better. The whole catamaran trip was good and memorable but this trip is super touristy like herding cattle. You have to have patuents.... the only negative was we got to port and ptl our driver was there to pick us up but 3 ladies booked a longer trip a hour and half longer trip and the driver stayed to pick them up... all the people in the van waiting were hot and angry... we missed our dinner reservations and were changer by are hotel as no-show minor money but holy cow it could have been better organize by the management it wasn't boat crew or van drivers fault. And to top it off I booked trip to be on catamaran with netted bow and we were herded on to a boat with no net.. I called to book a trip with less than 30 people and our boat had 45... over all boating trip was ok... snorkeling was ok bad... I'm telling you it was like mass herding of people around.... I won't do it again like that because I know it can be done better.

I honestly would no recommend this tour because to start with there is not much to see and it was a mess since the begin - DO NOT take this tour! From parking to a NOT on time departure, the address given for meet point Incorrect, check in process a complete mess, once you get there they charge you USD20 for docking fee on top of the $75 you already paid, departure time was supposed to be 9:30am (ACTUAL DEP TIME 1 hour later) it’s advertised as Max 40 people and it was more like 80, music super loud all the time, the so called Federal Reef nothing to see only sea weed NOT EVEN corals, liquor onboard disgusting not to talk about the Buffet a complete $ht Show, OVERALL crappy tour. Personnel onboard NOT very nice. For those having their on ride your gonna have to paid US20 for parking and it’s not even on site, the walk is about 20 min. Isla Mujeres honestly nothing to see, stay at your hotel and you’re going to have a better experience.

Don’t take this tour! - I don’t usually write reviews unless we have an especially good or bad experience. The description was misleading and downright dishonest. First, they didn’t show up at our hotel to pick us up! They lied and said they were there. We were there 15 minutes early and bellman confirmed they never came. They also lied and said they called us. (There was no call on my phone.)Then in the same conversation they said they don’t pick up at our hotel! (I have a receipt showing them picking us up at our hotel.) They said we could take a taxi. We would have skipped the tour (and we SO wish we had) but knew they’d never give us our money back. We waited at the dock 3 hrs for the next boat. Then they packed us on the boat like sardines Nothing like the photo. The drinks were watered down juice with very little cheap alcohol. Not worth drinking. We were the only Americans. The guide spoke in Spanish the whole time, only speaking in English to tell us the absolute essential things. They played LOUD music so you couldn’t even have a conversation. The snorkeling was a joke. Maybe 20 minutes. No fish (except a few gray ones) They stop for an hour at a crazy-crowded beach with no shade or place to sit. It was extremely hot and miserable. It was a tourist trap crowded with cheap souvenir shops. After we counted the minutes until that was over, we went on to the “beach club” (which was not exclusive - you could pay by the day and there were people from several boats there) to finally get lunch after 3:30. After waiting in the stifling buffet line, we got our lunch which was just okay - but at this point we were starving and weren’t expecting much. The beach was a joke. Very small and all you could do was sit in the water with the crowd. We were looking forward to renting a golf cart ($50) to “explore the magical corners of Isla Mujeres” but the reality was you had to go in a parade with a group and go where they go, which was to a couple boring tourist trap areas. Complete rip-off. But the only other option was to swelter on the beach. And of course they didn’t give us a ride back to our hotel. After an argument they did reimburse us for the taxi going (as they should have because we paid for transportation) but they refused to get us back to our hotel. There are many options to explore Isla Mujeres. Pick one of the other ones. And shame on Viotor for not holding their tour companies accountable.
