Best way to spend the day! - We had a wonderful time on the scuba trip. This was one of the best highlights on the vacation. I would have done this three times over rather than spending a day on a bus to Chichen Itza. Kevin and Diego were AWESOME!!!

Fun family experience with AMAZING service - My kids and I loved our experience. Only one of us had snorkeled before, and the crew (Kevin, Diego, and Miguel) made the process easy and fun. My kids LOVED the ceviche served onboard. But I was overwhelmed by the service when we returned to the island. I tripped on the pier and dropped my cell phone into the water. Kevin didn't hesitate: he called for his coworker to toss him a mask, jumped into the water, and retrieved my phone (which miraculously still works). I would never expect someone to attempt what he did, but I'm so grateful!

A wonderful experience! - This is such a worthwhile experience! The water was so clear and warm. We saw so many beautiful fish. Our guide, Kevin, was excellent and very adept at dealing with participants at different skill levels. Captain Ernesto gave a smooth ride around the island. The boat ride itself was a lot of fun and a great way to see the island. I highly recommend this tour.

Lovely morning in crystal clear waters - Lovely snorkelling trip. We went on the morning tour which I would definitely recommend because there were no crowds. Saw stingrays and baby sharks, as well as all the usual coral fish. Guide and boat driver friendly and helpful all the way.

Book this today! - Love the tour and the tour guide. We got to swim really close to a sea turtle! Our guide pointed out interesting things during our trip and was an amazing diver. This is such a fun trip at a great value.

Snorkel trip fiasco - A couple of things made this snorkel trip very uncomfortable for us. The captain was extremely intense and called out several people in our group for not being “ in perfect health” He stated that to snorkel you had to be in perfect health and that legally no one could snorkel that were over 60.. I have never heard such a thing. This was my 60 th birthday trip! I did snorkel. We were told we didn’t need fins.. He used fins and I have always had fins when I snorkel. He made us nervous talking about how dangerous the snorkel was.. We all had snorkeled several times before and some are scuba certified. Lastly, he said he had a gift for me.. Took me across the street to a jewelry store and took us into a back room and proceeded to have them put a pressure sale in my for a setting for my gift- a small sapphire stone. We made the best of it, but it was one of the worst snorkel trips I have ever been on.

Disappointed - The organization for the trip broke down…they put us in with a different tour group (after an 30 minute delay) and the guide didn’t speak English. Instead of providing water and margaritas and healthy meal/snacks we went to a beach club. Meal was good but time consuming and during the 4 hours of the tour no water or drinks or snacks were provided. Tour took 4 1/2 hours because we went back to a dock twice to pick up and drop off other clients. Very disappointing experience. The snorkeling was excellent but did not make up for all of the hassles and poor service.
