Great experience to swim with fishes underwater - Amazing experience and the water is so clear and warm. Think of taking a sea sickness pill just in case to enjoy it even more.

Dream experience - Excellent everything! Geniuses the Guide and Captain!! Super attentive and all organized. After 3 runs for a quiet snorkel, you are taken to the coast to eat and rest for a while before returning. Excellent!! Super pros.

Fabulous Experience - I recently went on a snorkeling trip with my friends, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Booking was a breeze, and upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by our guide. The boat was impeccably clean, and we appreciated the convenience of being able to buy water at the shop on board. The highlight of the trip was the variety of fish we encountered, and as someone who isn't a very confident swimmer, I was especially grateful for the guide's encouragement and support. Their patience helped me gain confidence in the water. We also had the chance to explore the underwater museum, which was absolutely stunning. The trip included some free swimming time, and the fish lunch we enjoyed afterward was delicious. The boat was spotless, and they provided cutlery and excellent service throughout the day. They even took photos of us with a GoPro and sent them afterward, which was a great touch. The service was prompt and professional, making the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Walk to Isla Mujeres - Wonderful experience round the island museum under the sea, snorkel patience with children. Very good service

Beyond expectations - At first we don't expect much of it, because of all the tours that are offered, but we were positively surprised. Both guides spoke good English and we were well guided in snorkeling. Especially around the lighthouse we could see a lot, highly recommended.

Didn’t book - start time wasn’t listed and needed that to set up transportation.. - Got too complicated trying to book a shuttle without knowing when the tour would start. As far as I could tell you didn’t get the time to be at the starting point until you booked the tour (guessing sometime in the morning since lunch was included). The shuttle service couldn’t guarantee availability without knowing the start and stop times. I ended up booking a different tour that included both transportation and the snorkeling tour to avoid any confusion/complications. Giving the review so that start options can be made more obvious on the listing.

Go for a bigger boat. - Started rocky as some of the people in our group went to the pier instead of the drop off spot. So we had to walk to the pier. Then waited for more late comers. The snorkeling at the light house was pretty good but rushed, the MUSA stop was also pretty good saw some nice fish and two large Rays. The statues are anti climatic but serve their purpose. By the last stop 3 of the 9 people aboard were sick and throwing up. When we got to shore for lunch it was dirty and the food was terrible. We decided to take a cab back so my friend wouldn’t get sick again. The guide was great and very nice. But all in all not a great trip.

Very low quality snorkeling excursion - The guide doesn’t speak English or he doesn’t want to. He brought us to a spot in the water to swimming following him for a long distance. Then the first part If snorkeling is done. We were struggling to follow him so we didn’t have time to snorkeling to see fish at all. The second part of the snorkeling was like the first one. I asked him where is the underground museum for this tour through a translator. He said we passed it without mentioning it. It is a very disappointing excursion. I will never book the snorkeling excursion again.
