Highly recommended - We did this excursion with Alexandra and we really liked it. We went several times to see the whale shark and they took photos of us!! In addition, the boat staff was very friendly and the food was very delicious. We 100% recommend this experience. Thank you Alexandra!!!

Indescribable experience - Super day! Our guide Giovanni was very good and super helpful. We swam with whale sharks with him in complete safety. I recommend this experience!

Great tour with passionate guide - We had a great time snorkeling in the ocean and the 4 cenotes in Tulum. Our tour guide Pato was very passionate and knowledgeable about everything and we could not have asked for a better tour or guide!

Zero Stars - Not as Described! - Sold us out to another tour, didn’t call beforehand to tell us this so we went expecting to go to the underwater museum, the reef at Isla Mujeres National Park, and a third snorkeling location, but surprise, surprise, we ended up going to some piss poor, no fish, snorkeling spot and later a fish feeding experience instead. Breakfast was the worst, some dry crackers, water and pedialite. Lunch was equally as bad, with rancid fish and “Hawaiian punch” flavored margueritas that our guide paid for, because he knew we were upset that we did not get the tour we were promised. We were offered a drink in the restaurants ice bar, but who would want to have a drink in a freezer when still wet from swimming?? Wasn’t even going to write a review until they hit me up days after asking for more money for the pics that they took with a stupid little GoPro. Would never recommend to anyone I know.
