Return the silver. 0 in communication. - We made the Reservation through civitatis. The tour sounded dreamy. It was our last day in Santiago and we wanted to take advantage of the day, the Reservation (we have all receipts and purchase vouchers) indicated that we would be picked up at our hotel at 8:00 am. After 20 minutes we began to worry that no one appeared, we contacted them by civitatis, WhatsApp, call (multiple calls) and the form of their website... they had the delicacy to answer almost 2 hours later indicating that they had communicated “the other day” (Which day?) that the route would be complicated by the holiday of the “canine to the virgin”. They NEVER sent us WhatsApp, mail or a courier pigeon to warn us (even though the mail is perfectly well written on the platform where we booked), they are told that the mail was never received (they reply only “I will check because the email did not reach you” that the refund is desired to which they did not reply anymore. Ah but payment for the tour if they received it. I doubt the holidays will be scheduled overnight. Lousy logistics
