Make it easy on yourself - I booked this in advance mainly do to horror stories of getting from the airport to the hotel. Just before we took off to Istanbul, I received notification of the pickup. They even sent a mini video on where to go. The pick up is limited to exit#14. You look for their sign on a wall board, with others. There are guys on phone coordinating everything. Checked in, 10 min later we are escorted to a nice van to take us to the hotel. Great value. They offer the trip neck, but we joined a cruise. Would recommend
