Great prompt service - The tour lead was at the airport exit door 9 and promptly took us to the lower level. After about 5 to 6 minutes waiting, a Mercedes van showed up and the driver promptly took us luggage and opened the door for us. The driver dropped us off at our hotel. Five stars and highly recommend this company for airport transfers.

Dissatisfied - Poor organisation, felt isolated, confused, had to walk to driver through Carpark, using elevator, walking amongst moving vehicles having to carry my luggage, didn’t feel safe. One person dealing with six or seven groups, vehicle in poor condition, dirty, looked very worn n old. Looked like a night time party bus. No interaction with driver, very sterile. Won’t be using again any time soon.

Driver stopped by police... - Driver stopped by police leaving the parking garage. Did not have correct paperwork. We had to speak with the police and tell them we booked airport transfer through Viator (and show them our confirmation email) before they would let us leave. At least a 30 minute delay. My wife and I both had flashbacks of the movie “Taken”. Really an unacceptable experience. Strongly recommend that Viator not use this provider again. Raises serious concern about whether I can trust Viator in the future.

DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! - The driver was fine...the problem was not with him. The problem was with the company representatives. We never received any instructions about where to meet until after we called when we came out of security. Nobody was there to meet us and no instructions. After I called, they instructed me to come out of Gate 13 and send me a picture of what to look for there. There was total chaos when we got there. They confirmed our name, had us walk around to behind a wall. Then they kept telling us it would be 5 minutes until our driver came. After 20 minutes, they took us and two other parties to a parking garage where vans were picking up. They said it would be 2 minutes but was more like 10-15 minutes. When our driver arrived, the company representative tried to sell me a SIM card while walking me to the car. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Do not use this operator - Contact did not display sign per instructions. I texted him and called him multiple times but he did not respond. We had to search for him for over 30 minutes before we found him. Once we found him he told us to wait on the side and ignored us for 25 minutes while he peddled sim cards to other guests. He finally led us to driver but did not speak to us at all during visit. He made us late for our appointment and we lost $$ due to cancellation of tour.
