Istanbul - The team will collect guests from their Istanbul hotels between 04:00 - 04:30 am and transfer them to Istanbul Airport. Upon arrival, guests will complete their self-check-in and board their flight to Izmir (Ephesus). Upon landing at Izmir Airport, the team will greet guests at the domestic terminal exit. After a one-hour transfer to Ephesus, guests will join the rest of the group to begin their Full-Day Tour.

Ephesus Museum - Throughout the day, guests will visit the following sites:
• Ephesus Ruins (Approx. 2 hours)
• House of Virgin Mary (Approx. 1 hour)
• Temple of Artemis (Approx. 20 minutes)
• Local Handicraft Gallery (depending on interest)
• Isabey Mosque (Panoramic View from a distance)
• Basilica of St. John (Panoramic View from a distance)
• Selcuk Castle (Panoramic View from a distance)
Midday, lunch will be provided, and during the tour, guests will have the opportunity to explore renowned local handicrafts made by village artisans.

Kusadasi - At the tour’s conclusion, guests will be transferred to their hotel in Kuşadası. This charming coastal town is ideal for an evening of exploration. Guests can wander through its narrow streets, enjoy a delightful seaside dinner, or visit local markets to find unique souvenirs for loved ones. Kuşadası’s captivating views and welcoming atmosphere promise a memorable end to the day.

Day 2: From Kuşadası to Pamukkale - A Day of Natural Wonders and Ancient Treasures

Pamukkale - Pamukkale, meaning “cotton castle” in Turkish, is a natural site in Denizli province in southwestern Turkey. The area is renowned for its hot springs and travertines, terraces of carbonate minerals left by flowing water. Today, it is a leading tourist destination due to its Pamukkale travertines, accommodation facilities, thermal baths, and natural and historical assets. To explore this remarkable town and its hot springs, guests will meet their guide at the hotel reception in Selcuk / Kusadasi at 07:30 am and drive to Pamukkale, a journey of approximately three and a half hours.
The tour begins with an open buffet lunch at a local restaurant in Pamukkale. Following lunch, the next stop is the ancient city of Hierapolis, a UNESCO World Heritage site unique for being built on solid limestone layers formed by centuries of limestone water flow over this elevated plateau.

Pamukkale Thermal Pools - “Hierapolis” means “sacred city,” named for its numerous temples. Today, the theatre, Apollo temple, and Necropolis are the most significant sites in Hierapolis.

Pamukkale Thermal Pools - During the tour, guests will see the Necropolis (Cemetery) of Hierapolis, one of Anatolia’s largest ancient cemeteries, the Roman Bath, Domitian Gate, Main Street, and Byzantium Gate. Guests will then walk to the natural warm water terraces formed by calcium-rich warm water. The water temperature is about 35 Celsius. Guests will witness the stunning white travertine terraces of Pamukkale, adjacent to the ruins of Hierapolis. The extraordinary effect is created when water from the hot springs loses carbon dioxide as it flows down the slopes, leaving limestone deposits. The white calcium carbonate layers, built up in steps on the plateau, gave the site its name, Pamukkale (cotton castle). Guests will have free time to swim in the antique Cleopatra’s Pool (OPTIONAL).

Cleopatra Pools - Guests are reminded to bring swimwear. While walking on the travertines, they should be cautious to avoid injuries. The summer period is hot and dry, so hats and sunscreen are recommended.

Istanbul - At the tour’s end, guests will be transported back to Denizli Airport for their flight to Istanbul, where they will be met and returned to their hotel.
