Our flight was over 2... - Our flight was over 2 hours late but our transfer was still sorted. We were able to communicate with the company by text in English and we appreciated the clear instructions and video they had sent us beforehand so we knew what to do.

Turkey airport transfers - Arrived to gate 14 and met with an agent who asked us to wait. They called a car that came about 15 minutes later. Driver was polite but didn’t speak English. Even though I provided hotel address during the booking process, they didn’t have it so that took a little back and forth due to language issues but eventually, driver called someone who spoke English to assist. Driver was very good, and brought us to our hotel. I recommend confirming address etc before leaving the airport since the car company reps there spoke English but otherwise, I would use this service again.

Disorganized - I booked this private transfer for my husband and I. When we arrived to the specified meeting point, no one was waiting for us (despite being told this would be the case) and we had to stand outside and wait about 20 minutes to be taken to where the car was when it was finally ready. The car and ride itself were fine, but I was disappointed in the organization.

Terrible - We had to wait for over 30 minutes for getting the car as the man was just not moving from the appointed place. Whole process is most annoying and terrible specially after a long haul flight. I will never recommend to anyone

A Chaotic, Delayed, and Dishonest Transit Experience - After checking in with the representative instead of the driver (a mess in itself), we were told to wait briefly to the side. then 15 minutes later, they said the driver was 15 minutes late and would be there shortly. 15 minutes after that, they told us to wait on the bench and that there was a lot of traffic (Google Maps showed none). Almost an hour and a half in, we finally got taken to the van. The ride itself went smoothly, but we were late to an important family function. A professional transit company would have been upfront that their car was very delayed, and to instead take one of the many cabs waiting right in front of the pick-up area. Instead, this one strung us along to retain the business. A lot of others who probably booked with the same company were also waiting a very long time without explanation. We recommend saving your time, money, and well-being by just taking a taxi next time you fly into Istanbul Airport.
