A memorable trip - This tour offers responsive customer support, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. The hotel-to-airport transportation is reliable and punctual, taking the stress out of travel logistics. Additionally, their professional tour guides are knowledgeable and make the trips enjoyable and informative. However, be mindful if you're not a fan of late-night flights, as some of their itineraries may involve travel times that cut into your sleep hours. It’s something to consider when planning your trip for maximum comfort.

Good experience/value! - My friend and I really enjoyed this tour - very well organised, fantastic communication and fast/helpful responses to any questions asked (both before and during the trip; thanks Sedef and Berkay). We found it good value for money considering prices in Türkiye; great accommodation, made life a lot less stressful having all transport organised for us, all transport/transfers were on time and comfortable, friendly tour guides. We especially enjoyed the balloon ride over Cappadocia, the mineral flats at Pamukkale and Ephesus.

Incredible Experience, Tremendous Customer Support - This was, bar none, the best travel experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t have to do anything but show up, and every experience was wonderful. I was amazed by how communicative the company was— any questions I had were answered right away. I travel abroad a lot, and I’ve never had an experience as lovely and worry-free as this one, truly. It was all spectacular.

Tour Altinkum Travel - Great responsiveness and dedication from Berkay in providing a tailor made trip. Adjusting to my needs and wants with attention to details. Amazing ! - Our trip to Istanbul, Cappadocia, Ephesus, Pamukkale, Kusadasi was amazing . well organized and very detailed to please the customers and see as much as possible.. They delivered everything and more as promised. The hotel accommodations, flights, pickup/ drop and the meals were extremely good. The guides were very professional and explained the historical and culural significance of each site. We had a wonderful and memorable vacation. Sadef & Berkay was always available to answer any questions and concerns we had during the trip. They responded very promptly to all questions. We highly recommend Tour Altınkum to anyone who plans to have a memorable visit to Turkey!

Great experience !!! - First of all ı want to thank karem who provides the tour and very helpfull to me during the whole trip.Everything was well organised, keep me updated about flight tickets,transfers and tour times.I had a great exprience in Turkey.I would definitely recommend my friends in Ohio. probably ı will come back with my friends to another amazing tour next year. Wonderful experience. - Good tour to see various key places in turkey. Fast paced but very well planned. Guides, drivers and hotels were 4+ stars. The hot air balloon ride at an extra cost was amazing. Definitely recommended.

Disappointed :( - This tour has the potential to be really amazing. The places, the sites, the hotels and there were some truly awesome tour guides. However, after being left at the Istanbul airport after our last flight in, and after being sent an email to wait at a specific gate and no driver to pick us up, we had to arrange and pay for our own transportation. It actually ruined our whole experience as we attempted to call the tour company and send several emails and we Turkey is a country that relies heavily on tourism so when a tour company doesn’t honor their contractual obligation and doesn’t deliver what it is supposed to to its paying customers, it dishonors the whole industry. This is company appears to have been very good to a lot of other travelers and I’m happy that people had a really great experience with them, I just wish we had been treated like that as well.

Uneven and undependable service - My most memorable moment was at the end of our tour of a country full of wonderful people and fascinating history....when we were left high and dry outside the Istanbul airport when our promised driver didn't show up to take us to our hotel. We ended up having to go through security, re-enter the airport and pay for our own transportation. This was our second negative experience on the trip after having a rather unpleasant and unprofessional tour guide in Ephesus. Nice hotels and generally good food. I recommend the trip but not the company.
