Fantastic! - This show was fantastic! The dancers were amazing and it seemed as though every seat was a good seat. It was in an area that has many authentic places to eat. We regretted eating before heading over.

Great experience - Traditional dances in beautiful coreography. Ok for families with children. Took one hour but it was too short. Best money spend in Istanbul.

Vibrant and Colorful Dance Shows with a bit of Audience Engagement - I was impressed by the variety of movement and costumes of all the performers. It is a beautifully colorful performance that shows the various dances throughout various regions of Turkey. You will be given a program that lists down the name of each performance, so it is easy to follow. I was pleasantly surprised that there were a fair share of humorous elements to this, as well as some audience interaction incorporated in their performance. The theatre is circular and just the right size for everyone to be able to appreciate the show at a close distance. Overall, a fantastic show and a great way to cap of a night in the Sirkeci area of the old city.

Wonderful Dance in Turkey - Take parents and kids to the show, old people and kids love it. It's worth it. The team was very professional and my personal favourite was a solo performance in a mask.

Really good! Highly recommended! - This was truly great - a packed 70 mins show representing a variety of cultural dances. The guy that played the musical instrument was really really good! And so was the lady who did the masked and psychedelic dances. Much refined than the usual belly dancing experiences that you hear so much of. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience! - The Hodjapasha Theater in Istanbul offers a unique cultural experience, blending Turkey’s rich heritage with contemporary artistic performances. Located in a restored 15th-century Turkish bath, the theater provides an intimate and authentic setting that enhances each show. Highlights: 1. Location and History: • Situated in the heart of Istanbul, near significant landmarks like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. • The building, originally a 15th-century bath, retains its historical architecture, adding cultural depth to the performances. 2. Performances: • Famous for traditional Turkish dance and music shows, including the Whirling Dervishes (Sema) and folk dances. • The Whirling Dervishes offer a deep spiritual experience, showcasing Sufi mysticism.

Beautiful place and amazing show - Excellent setting and staging, I love that it is a semi private show because the capacity is small, there are not many people, therefore all manage to have very good visibility regardless of where their position is assigned. I recommend it. 10/10

Breath-taking brilliance at its Irish best ! - This is a regular international touring troupe of the National Dance Company of Ireland, but their 2024 UK Touring troupe is quite simply the best that they have ever toured ! Everything about the show is outstanding; the music, the musicians, the musicianship, the choreography, the lighting, the dancers and the sheer brilliance of the dancing; the cohesion, the precise exactitude of every dancers movements; it is all dynamic, explosive and breath-taking ! This is a Show not to be missed if you ever have a chance to see it.
