Know Before You Go

• The Taksim and Old City areas of Istanbul are considered city hotel locations. Additional fees may apply if you are staying elsewhere. Please contact the local tour provider for more information.
• Pick-up is only available on the European side. No pick-up is available from Cevahir Hotel, Asia.
• Please provide the following information before the transfer: flight details, such as arrival time and flight number, and the name and address of your hotel.
• It takes approximately 30 minutes to travel from the Old City to the airport, and 45 minutes from Taksim to the airport if there is no traffic. Consider potential traffic when booking your transfer.
• Incoming flights will be monitored. Representatives will be there on time even if your flight is delayed.

After 07.April 2019 Atatürk airport closed. Flights to Atatürk airport will be made in New istanbul airport. If you take this product. You will be picked up from New istanbul Airport ISL

Pick-up service is also available from cruise ports of Salipazari and Karakoy. Just enjoy your journey and transfer service. Transfers are available 24 hours on every day.
