Excelent package - Excelent ROI experience wise. Not the most intuitive system but you find very nice people to guide or help you. You can experience various types of attractions, depending on what you are looking for. From museums to boat trips, they have it.

Amazing activities thanks! - The pass was such a good value. We ended up visiting more attractions than we initially planned simply because we had the pass. I highly recommend it! It’s super easy to use and even gives you ideas of things to do. It made our trip much more enjoyable.

Thank you for everything - We decided to meet my friend who lives in Canada in Istanbul. We have been thinking about this holiday for a long time. I am interested in history. I was amazed by Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern. It was amazing. I also recommend you to go to the islands. There are comprehensive audio guides for many attractions. Using the pass was very practical. You can enter all places, including museums, by showing your QR. This was a great convenience. You do not pay for anything else. We only bought our discounted Hagia Sophia tickets through the Tourist Pass application. I definitely recommend

Tourist Pass is very easy to use and has great service - I was hesitant about getting a pass at first, I'm glad I did, it was more than worth it. Istanbul is a magnificent city, definitely try the breakfast on the Bosphorus with your pass. You'll be amazed by the view.

Excellent Value and Hassle-Free Experience - We purchased the Istanbul Tourist Pass for 3 days, and it was a fantastic choice. If you carefully read all the instructions and make the necessary reservations in advance, everything runs smoothly. We had a transfer arranged from the new Istanbul Airport, and despite our flight being delayed by over 2.5 hours, the transfer service was punctual and reliable. The pass includes access to numerous museums and boat tours, offering excellent skip-the-line benefits with the show and go feature. Just a heads-up: not all attractions are open every day, so it's good to check in advance. For example, the Dolmabahce Palace is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Overall, the Istanbul Tourist Pass made our visit easy and enjoyable, and we definitely got great value from it!

Lovely morning cruise - Very chilled atmosphere with great views and good service. Nice traditional music in the background, with a man that can mimic very well the sound of trumpet using only is mouth.

Chaotic and amateur - We had purchased IstanbulTouristPass (ITP) for three days, including fast track to Hagia Sophia and the museum. The most popular places you can only get in by ITP if you book a guided tour. After the purchase we immediately tried to book tours but were told that this was only possible after May 26th and that we would only receive our tickets to Hagia Sophia on the desired day. We booked the desired tours on May 28th in the evening, all right. In Istanbul where we arrived 4 June started problems and activated our ITP 6 June, started problems with ITP. - Booked trip to Basilica Cistern at 10:00, but as I check the trip schedule for the meeting place, I see that the trip is not found. Writing to support, just announcing that they've changed the plan on May 26th, and we've been informed. We then booked the 28th, then after, and the trip continued through the app. Cancelled and rescheduled until 16:00 the same day. - With the cancelled Basilica we would in Hagia Sophia instead. Still no tickets, had to write to support and move. They then came within 15 minutes by email in the form of QR codes. At Hagia Spohia they had never seen this type of ticket before, but the guard let us pass so we could try the QR code in the scanner. It wrecked and we came in, but unfortunately, to send a ticket that the guards/inspectors do not know. - Guided Topkapi tour at 11:15. Meeted 11:00 as recommended on the website. No guide, stop at Topkapi Cafe, and the waiter outside the cafe had never heard of ITP, but sent us somewhere else. There they had never heard of ITP and we were sent forward again. Finally we went back to Topkapi Cafe and found an anonymous ticket seller who told us that it was with him we were checking in. Guide arrived 5 minutes ahead of time, all other guide companies are ready at least 15 minutes ahead so guests can find them. The guide spoke so low that he was almost impossible to hear even though he had a microphone on. - Basilica Cistern at 15:45 same experience. No guide, no one had heard of ITP, was sent around by the friendly people who stood there and back again. Here there were then appeared three other couples who were booked on the same trip. We called and wrote to support, who first thought we were in the wrong place, and eventually realized that their guide had not appeared (he was probably there at 10:00). After a long discussion back and forth we were sent QR codes by email, and a local guide from Basilica Cistern took us in and gave us the best tour, but the ITP guide never came. Again no signs anything that could help identify the meeting place. - Hagia Sophia Experience museum. The guard ⁇ 't let us into our QR codes. Never heard of ITP or seen that kind of ticket before. Down to the ticket office, who after a little root around said good for our QR codes and sent us back to the guard. There was to call back and forth over the radio. Eventually, it managed to get in. - Friday we would have been in Galata Tower, which had reopened. Is actually on their website, but as stated, due to reconstruction temporarily not available. Now it was rearmed, but ITP had still not included it in the passport again. - Saturday morning 8:45 no guide at the meeting place of the Blue Mosque. Several others walked around looking for the ITP guide, while several other guides were waiting for their guests. 8:55 the guide arrived, clearly tired and uninterested. Could hardly say a sentence without hanging, and stood with a cell phone with a cover that said "Allergic to stupid people". Any questions anyone??? OK, let's go. After 15 minutes the guided tour was over, with a note that it should last 30 minutes so she would wait at the exit from the mosque while we went in ourselves. There were other guides in the mosque, so it wasn't because she didn't have to go in and guide, she just didn't want to go home and sleep further. - 15:15 at the Dolmabache Palace. There was a security check here, but it was unclear whether the meeting place was within or outside the success check. Ced Topkapi is the one before the security check. We went in and out to the bell tower. I saw a guide who looked smiling, clear and interested, and had a flag that looked real. She then worked for another Istabull Pass (which I will buy another time), but she had heard about ITP, and knew that our guide would come in 10 minutes and also appointed him for all of us waiting ITP guests. The guide was actually good, but guided just 20-25 minutes outside. Could not guide inside, in the program there are otherwise 60 minutes. The reason was that it all closed at 17:00, and the palace itself takes 30 minutes in quick walk to get through and the Harem which you also get a ticket to also takes 30 minutes. So we could just get through it all and get our audio guides delivered by 5:30, so we could get our passport back. Why take a trip so close to closing time, ITP should have it in hand and have brought us in an hour earlier, then there would have been good time for everything. Overall, miserable guides that showed up at the last moment, with total confusion about meeting place every single time, and it was not only us, it was all the groups that were lost. The app logs out all the time so you have to re-enter your ITP order number, and don’t follow their own guide schedule and no one has heard about them down there, or the others just don’t like them and do everything they can to sabotage them. Choose for yourself, but we won’t have an ITP again, even if we managed to see everything, then we should just spend too much time talking with support and frustrations over guides that didn’t come on time.
