Limited 1 - day excursion worth it! - Özge Rehber was a great host. I had one day for exploring during a business trip and she made great suggestions for historical sites and local food. She was very knowledgeable about the history and architecture which I believe would not always be covered from a standard group tour. She was also very flexible in time and recommendations during the entire guided tour. First class! Thanks Özge!

Turkish Delight! - I loved that we could tweak our schedule to the top 3 important things to do. We went to the Blue Mosque, Hagia, and the grand bazaar. Got back to our cruise ship with time to spare. It was so nice to have someone with us to get us on and off the public transport, which is included. Entrance to the Hagia is not, cash needed 25E each. Our guide was a native so she knew the history and the lay of the land.

The best tour and tour guide ever!! - What a wonderful day my husband and myself had in Istanbul. We saw the beautiful and holy mosques. The Grand Bazaar. Local culture . Our guide was knowledgeable, kind and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. Our guides name is Eylem. You would be so fortunate to have her as your guide. Give that woman a raise!!

Sales Pressure instead of Sightseeing in Istanbul - We paid for a private tour. While we saw some highlights and our guide was knowledgeable, the tour included a visit to a carpet shop and a ceramic tile shop where we had to sit through sales pitches to buy their products. I sure did not want or expect to spend the time we paid for having to deal with pressure to buy things we did not want!!!!!!!!! It was infuriating to think that we could be seeing city sites but instead had to ward off sales pitch pressure. We left saying that we will NEVER book a private tour through Viator again. I will also warn my traveler friends. Very disappointing!
