Fantastic service by Omer Faruk Soy of Welcome Pickups Istanbul - We had booked Welcome Pickups earlier during our trip to Cairo, Egypt and thus we did the same during our visit to Istanbul. We were picked up right on time by Mr Omer Faruk Soy who was very punctual and courteous. He dropped us at our hotel smoothly.
We took the half day (4 hour) Welcome Pickups sightseeing tour with Omer and had a wonderful experience. Omer guided us through the Sultanahmet, the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace. He also took us to the Galata Tower for a very picturesque view of Istanbul. We had the pleasure of having a large number of photos together thanks to him.
We wish him the very best and would like to thank him again. Welcome Pickups Service is also appreciated for their airport transfers.

Best driver experience ever. - Our driver Semih was amazing. Very professional. He kept a constant communication with us even before landing in Istanbul. He provided us with great advices on activities to do and places to visit. He set the bar very high for the other drivers !!

Istanbul - Veysel was my driver from the airport on the first leg of my trip. He was excellent, so I requested him again for my transport to and from the airport on my return leg. I also booked a 4-hour tour of Istanbul with him. Veysel was always punctual and even took me to a local restaurant for some good food. I highly recommend Veysel and this company. Everything went smoothly, and his vehicle was clean and spacious.

Smooth Airport Transfer - Used Welcome Pickups for airport transfer to and from our hotel in the Old Town as only specific vehicle licenses are allowed inside the Old Town so renting a car was not an option. Our driver, Kubilay or “Q” for short was amazing, smooth driving, good tips about what to do and where to go, and always on time! Would recommend “Q” and Welcome Pickups to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Wellcome - They really mean it. - I used Wellcome pickups for all my airport transfers in Istanbul - between both Istanbul and Sabiha airports and hotel. The drivers contacted me in advance through whatsapp, gave me directions for pick up points in the airport. The vehicle was a large van, vey comfortable, and they even waited for me when the flights were delayed. Very responsble and reliable service.

Very efficient service - We used this company to pick us up from the airport. The service was impeccable, and on time with clear instructions and photos of who would be picking us up.
We would recommend using this company and will also use them in future.

Oddly a bit rushed for a four hour tour but it’s a huge city with lots to see. Driver was good. - Full tour of Istanbul European and Asian side. Although no time to visit the bazar. And barely tim to get out of van and see things. The van was fairly high up and it made it very difficult for my 86 year old father to get in and out of van. The driver should have had a step stool. Driver was very knowledgeable. But made it clear he was not a tour guide but a driver. He even took us on a ferry about from the Asian side to to European side.

Excellent tour if time is restricted - Our guide picked us up early at our hotel in a six passenger Mercedes. Driver spoke impeccable English and the van was immaculate. We went to a number of places listed as part of this tour but cut it short due to the extreme heat in mid-August 2023. We did go to both the Haggia Sophia and Blue Misques and associated areas. We also visited the Galata Tower. Tickets to these attractions are NOT included in this tour price so be ready to buy them at the door. We additionally went to a hilltop park accessed by a funicular that gave us wonderful views of the Bosporus Straight. Also, women MUST wear a head scarf to enter these mosques so take one or be prepared to buy it with your ticket. The guide was great.

Awfull!! - It was a terrible experience because, despite the fact that I informed the company that our flight was delayed, they still refused to give us a refund or credit. Just take the cash with no service.
