Good tour - Good tour worth the visit but if you do go try and add the Hareem to the tour best part

Not worth the money - When we showed up they wanted to change the time to an hour later. We refused. The audio guide from the app that we had to download in advance did not work.
There are definitely better tours out there. We were escorted through the security and then abandoned with no further support.

Not worth booking this separately - It is not worth it to book this “skip the line” experience. Waiting for all the group to assemble and walk in together takes longer than purchasing the tickets directly from the efficient ticket machines.
In addition, the audio guide app simply did not work for us (modern iPhone) despite downloading it in advance as suggested.

did never find the redemption place - Can't really comment on the tour as I never made it there. Booked relatively short before the trip (1.5h). Never received the address of the redemption place nor a map and could not find it in the 30 minutes I arrived on site before the tour. People were not helpful and hardly speak English nor German. The tour guy brought all arguments why this was my own fault, but he never told me where I should have redeemed my confirmation into a ticket (mail was empty at that place) nor did he send me a map. He sent me a link later, but it just pointed out again to the general information. If they would just put half the effort into proper information than into justification, all would have been good.

Not worth paying for - The guide did not impart knowledge. The guide managed logistics, helped people who had not followed directions in emails download the app, oriented us and set us 'free to explore'. Not worth it. the line moved right along anyway.
