Trip well worth taking - We did this tour late in late December. Weather in Istanbul was mild, and aided in us spending a lot of time outside. Our hotel was Ramada Golden Horn which was comfortable and the breakfast was decent. The guide from the local agency was very knowledgeable, but her English was basic..Also, she guided us to a restaurant under the "Galata" bridge which was basically a tourist trap. Travel to Izmir was a breeze, we were picked up and driven to "Kusadasi" . The hotel overlooked the Harbor. Breakfast and Lunch was included here but left a lot to be desired as the hotel had large tour groups and the dining room staff did not keep up with replenishing the food. The tour to Ephesus was really good and out guide was excellent. The Pammukule trip involved a lot of driving and the weather didn't cooperate as it was raining, but both the driver and the guide did the best under circumstances. The flight to Kayseri was comfortable and we were picked up and driven to Hanedan Cappadocia Cave Hotel which was an hour and 20 minutes away. The hotel is one of a kind and food and service is exemplary. The tour of Cappadocia is specatacular. Our only regret is that we could not ride the Hot air balloons due to weather. I would highly recommend this tour .

Excellent trip - The tour is arranged at a its best. Thanks Gamze@Travelshop, my perfect agent for the flawless support all the time! All drivers and guides are polite and professional. Special thanks to Travelshop, Karavan and TÜRSAB! One additional point: the hotels picked work perfectly for me (quiet and chill), but if u may look for hotels closer to city center, u may need to tell the agent in advance :)

The nicest thing about this tour... -
The nicest thing about this tour package is that the travel agency provided me with a cellphone and a charger that I carried all throughout the entire eight days.Of course, the cellphone must be returned at the end of the tour. I travelled alone but never felt anxious because the travel agency was calling me everyday, updating me about the itinerary details bus pick-up, airport transfer, hotel check-in, etc for the following day. Everyday, I joined a diffrent tour group which was fun because I met new acquaintances. The hotels were very nice however, the hotel in Istanbul was far from the Old Town and the hotel in Cappadocia was miles away from Goreme which I thought had more activities for tourists. Overall, I am happy with the tour -- a unique and memorable experience. The tours were organized very well and the tour guides were knowledgeable about the sites and were very friendly.
