Hard access - access to the park was not easy, especially with public transportation. you need to walk a long long way before the theme park and also inside it. it makes you too tired to do anything else that day. the entrance fee starts from $110 which is expensive for what you receive. I went with my 10 yo kid and she enjoyed it, though it was winter and some parts were close.

Nice day @ Vialand - Well-maintained & nicely decorated, it's a small amusement park with a nice mall & foodcourt at the entrance. Very few attractions yet some of them are great (Aladdin + Rollercoasters + another nice ride about the Ottoman Empire but dommage it was only in Turkish Language). Friendly staff. Park is mainly targeting locals, not tourists.Overall we spent a nice day (weather was great and no queue at all!). If staying more than 3x days in Istanbul with your family, it's worth the visit (but its not Disney!). There is daily shuttle bus from Taksim.

Cold but amazing - It was amazing, however some games were closed at this time. It could be managed better. It was better to announce that most of items have technical problems.

Be careful taking admission tickets - Be careful taking admission tickets Before entering Vialand, we asked if there was a fast pass density on the fountain. They told us, yes, crowds. But after entering the park, we saw no lines for any units. And when we asked if we could spend time on the trails with our kid, we said yes again. Unfortunately, we were unable to take any of the trails with our kid. If we had been given a weight limit in advance, at least we ⁇ ’t be spending too much. I think the entry should be more clearly informed.

Don't visit. It's not worth for the price. - Not value for the price we paid. Nothing to offer and too expensive!!! We went with our child of almost 3 years old, and the park doesn't have any to offer for little ones, also for the older children. Not worth to visit at all.

Terrible prices for tourists - Terrible prices for tourists. This is not some wow theme park. In the UK for the price we paid we could have bought 4 annual passes for Chessington. Everything felt like a big con for tourists. I would give it a miss and go to Via Port or with Turkish friends.

Worst service on the rides. - The customer service was the worst in the world. Poor management. Employees are rude and careless. They don’t even keep you count ! I don’t recommend to visit this. The overlooking the ride first was busy around. After waiting for 40 minutes he told us he doesn’t have a space. When I called for manager, he said he will not help and he answered “up to you” when we were leaving, as I have paid to his father’s house to enter the park. Generally the worst and cheapest behaviour ever. No apologies and no compensation was offered. Kids disappointed. We were tired for nothing. Rides most are broke. Visited in August 2024

Definitely not worth it - You are completely deducted as a foreigner, more than double admission is required. You absolutely have to show ID so they can pull you off. Prices are total usury only the water costs 5x the normal price
