Great service at a great price. - We used the service for both an airport transfer ( cheaper than our hotel offered) as well as a full day of private car service and we were VERY pleased with the timeliness, professionalism and value of the service. You need this service - After a long flight it was so easy and quick to find the shuttle to Alzer hotel from Istanbul airport. Initially we worried much to locate the service agent but the Alzer staff sent us a clear instruction that following the steps located us in front of the agent. After a short (10-15 min) waiting our driver arrived in a comfortable minivan. While driving to our hotel, we learned many important landmarks in Istanbul, the things should be done, the places to visit etc. It is a long trip like the other major city (over 30 min driving). Yet, our driver was so nice and knowledgeable about the history of this city. The fee was worth.

Friendly, Safe and No Stress - I have to write a compliment to one of your drivers. Mr. Ergün Mavus. He drove me from and to the airport during my stay in Istanbul (February 2021). Mr. Mavus were very kind, friendly and helpful. He met me at the airport, guided me to the transfer and helped me with my bags (also helped me with the bags when we reached the hotel). The whole process was so easy and effortless. He even took the time during the drive to talk to me about Istanbul, the sights, and shared important information/history about Turkey. I really appreciated his efforts and friendly demeanour. He is an excellent driver and I felt safe during my trip. Thank you again to Ergün. Hope to drive with you soon.

We were afraid that upon arrival at the airport we would be lost, we would not find a common language with others, but everything was great.
