Visit the first great monastery of Varlaam (or similar), founded in the 16th century, located on a rock 380 meters high. The second visit is to the Monastery of St. Stephan, from the 15th century, also built atop a large rock, where a small collection of Byzantine and Christian artifacts can be admired in the museum within the monastery.
