We’re going to hop into the car and make our first pit stop at the renowned Corinth Canal. You’ll learn about its rich past and we’ll capture plenty of snapshots.
Our next destination is the ancient Theater of Epidaurus. Renowned as the most outstanding example of an ancient theater in Greece and one of the world’s most breathtaking ones, particularly for its symmetry and exceptional acoustics. We’ll engage in an acoustic experiment and delve into the correlation between theater and medical science in antiquity.
Subsequently, we’ll explore the scenic and coastal city of Nafplio, which held the title of the initial capital of contemporary Greece. As we wander around the old city, we’ll unearth its secluded charm whilst discussing its past. We’ll gaze upon the historic structures, the plazas, and Palamidi, the fortress that overlooks the city.
Culminating our journey, we’ll drop by the archaeological site of Mycenae where we will marvel at the royal tombs, impressive Walls, and the museum.
