Additional Information

We will embark on our journey by car, visiting the renowned Corinth Canal initially. I’ll share interesting historical facts about it and capture numerous photographs.

Following this, the ancient Epidaurus Theater will be our next destination. Regarded as an ideal example of ancient Greek amphitheaters and esteemed globally for its symmetry and impeccable acoustics, we will test its acoustic capabilities and discuss its past relevance to medical science.

Further on, we’ll proceed to the scenic coastal city of Nafplio, the first seat of government in modern Greece. As we navigate the old city, we’ll uncover its lesser-known charms whilst covering its historical significance. We’ll witness historical structures, town squares, and Palamidi, the fort towering over the city, followed by a potential lunch break in the old town.

Wrapping up our trip, we’ll tour the archaeological site in Mycenae, taking in sights such as the royal tombs, expansive walls, and the site’s museum.
