Athens - Mycenae - Epidaurus - Ancient Sparta

Corinth Canal - Guests will be picked up from their hotel and driven along the mainland coast to Peloponnese, with the first stop at the Corinth Canal (6 km long and 80m high) after one hour.

The Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus - The journey continues to the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, renowned for its exceptional acoustics and considered one of the finest ancient theatres globally.

Nafplio - A stop for lunch or a coffee break will be made in Nafplio, one of Greece’s most romantic seaside towns and the first capital of modern Greece.

Archaeological Site Mycenae - The tour proceeds to the archaeological site of Mycenae, an ancient city of significant power, featuring the famous “Gate of Lions” and “Atreus King Tomb.”

Sparta - The first day concludes in the historic town of Sparta for an overnight stay.

Tour in Mystras and Castles of Monemvasia

Museum of the Olive and Greek Olive Oil - On the second day, the tour begins with a visit to the unique Museum of Olive Oil in Sparta, showcasing the rich history of olive production in Greece. The Memorial of King Leonidas will also be visited.

Archaeological Site of Mystra - The tour continues to the nearby Byzantine town of Mystras, where visitors can explore the medieval splendor of the castle city, including the Palace of the Despots, the Houses of Laskaris and Frangopoulos, the Cathedral of Saint Dimitrios, and the Monasteries of Our Lady Pantánassa and Our Lady Perivleptos.

Monemvasia - Next, the tour visits Monemvasia, a mystical stone-built settlement founded by the Byzantines in the sixth century. Guests can explore the “Gibraltar of the East,” with its rich history of Byzantine, Crusader, Venetian, and Turkish occupations, and enjoy culinary delights at a restaurant atop a tower house.

Sparta - The day ends with a return to Sparta for an overnight stay.

Diros Caves and Ancient Olympia

Caves of Diros - After breakfast, the tour departs from Sparta, stopping briefly in the coastal town of Gythio before arriving at Areopolis and Diros, known for its stunning subterranean caves. Visitors can explore 5,000 meters of caves by boat, surrounded by stalagmites and stalactites, and learn about their historical significance as places of worship. The tour continues to the coastal villages of Stoupa and Kardamili for swimming or lunch.

Olympia - The day concludes with an overnight stay in Ancient Olympia, after passing through Kalamata.

Market of Ancient Olympia - A visit to the flea market offers a delightful experience of free wine and olive oil tasting, featuring distinct blends of olive oil and iconic Greek olives.

Klio’s Honey Farm - The tour includes a visit to a local honey farm, where guests can enjoy coffee or juice and handmade local desserts made with honey produced on the farm for generations.

Naupactus - A short stop is made in the beautiful seaside town of Nafpaktos, surrounded by a Venetian Castle and Port, with free time for lunch.

Delphi - The day ends with an overnight stay in Delphi.

Meteora - Thermopylae - Athens
