Martin by the pool - Martin who is part of the entertainment staff at the main pool played a big part in making our trip one of the best ever. Martin was fun and extremely helpful. We booked the Club, but only I used the main pool because of the staff, like Martin. We will definitely come back.

Excellent - This place is just the “pick me up” after the trauma of hospital , it is very clean , friendly and convenient , also very safe . Thankyou to all the friendly staff .

By favorite place - This is our favorite place to go.
The food is great and you get a lot and the prices are below everyone else.
The owner walks thru the restaurant and makes sure you happy with your order.
( people who complain and gives lower reviews probably didn’t even go here.
There inside and outside seating. Live music killer food a drinks in a locally owned person .
Don’t take my word for it come and see for yourself..

👍 Great - Environment is awesome 😎. The area near to hotel is good. As security is their first priority.
Employees are so much cooperative that they can handle every problem of yours specially front office employees. My problems were sorted by one of the employee name Ms. Sahil Kumari. Food is also tasty.

wounderful place to have meals - I recently visited Amritsar Haveli, and it was an incredible experience! The ambiance is warm and welcoming, perfectly capturing the essence of Punjab. The food was absolutely delicious—every bite was bursting with authentic flavors. The staff was courteous, attentive, and ensured a memorable dining experience. Highly recommend their signature dishes! A must-visit for anyone craving traditional Punjabi cuisine. 🌟🍽️

Like at home!! - Back for the second time, as always
Does not disappoint!
Ideal location to experience nature and the
Forest in which you are immersed, the rooms are cozy and clean.
The owners, always available and welcoming make you feel at home, also the kitchen with simple and delicious dishes with use of km0 products "like their hazelnut cream"
We will return!!!

Zhangs Chinese restaurant is not as good as it once was! - Very disappointed..we both ate lunch, and food wasn’t bad, but we wanted to get a side of fried rice to go, which most Chinese restaurants have, but not them.theyvwant you to buy another whole plate..they also charged for tea, which most places do not..
Will try another place, that is not so chintzy..

Turkish Airlines - Please do not fly with Turkish airline I flew to Bangkok the worst experience I have ever had with an airlines the staff are rude and very unfriendly no help at all they do not want to know unrealistic connections suitcase damaged but you would get more sense talking to the wall, so l would advise everyone stay away.

Accident in hotel facilities due to lack of safety conditions - It is a hotel chain that is turning out to be poorly careful with the customers and in my case I had a severe drop, with permanent sequences I am still waiting for a response from the hotel, do not answer the calls, do not answer the emails (and yes the email is correct). The insurance company already gave them the answer in September and to this day I still know nothing, however try to get in touch with the responsible.
