Comment on Hatle - I just got back from Maui for 10 days vacation at the Hyatt Maui. The Hotel had a beautiful landscaping but it is under a renovation and it is very inconvenience for the price I paid. The steak house is the best place to have dinner but us it is priced. The Hotel doe snot any entertainment at night. There is fee of $50 for a resort Fee that I was not aware of. The service at the Japanese restaurant was very slow and the wait long for our food. The lunch place the presentation of the food is very poor and the food is bad. I did not eat what I ordered. The shopping mall close the hotel had a few places that the food is better. Room 563 and 565 form Nov 01, thru Nov 09

Lack of the usual mexican hospitality - Do not stay here hotel staff at front desk not good. I was not impressed with the way I was put under suspicion over a receipt proving I paid for an extra night. They locked up my key card so I couldn't get in my room,almost like it was on purpose. But could not get receipt from my room cause the door was locked where the receipt was. That makes sense. Terrible customer service. Stayed twice before never an issue. There are issues now, buyer beware..You will be very disappointed.

Trip advisor the worst company I have dealt with in 10 years - Trip advisor request payment in advance without checking that vacancies exist. Dishonest / Incompetent / Zero care factor / Will never use this service provider again

Awfull - Please pleas do not stay here if you want clean rooms and all the amenities are all workig be warned the leisure facilities are not open since February 2024
