Via degli Aranci, 160 - Bringing together the most loved foods from the area, we’ve put together the perfect combo of live demonstrations and hands on pasta making. Join us as we team up with Chef Michele and enjoy a fun and interactive cooking experience. We raise a glass of chilled Prosecco on arrival before rolling up our sleeves and trying our hand at making ‘scialatelli alla Nerano’ pasta which was created here on the Amalfi Coast. Tossed in the world-famous zucchini sauce from the nearby seaside town of Nerano you will be creating one if the best loved dishes from this region.
Ever wondered how Mozzarella or Limoncello is made? Sip on the delicious wines of Campania as we watch Chef Michele work his magic with live demonstrations. Using all the time-honored ingredients of the Sorrentine coast we learn how to make the local tipple limoncello and an indulgent tiramisu al limone.
