Large class and shorter than expected, but still fun - The class was great with Mattia being an awesome teacher. He was patient, understanding, and super funny. The class was advertised as 3 hrs, but it only lasted 1.5 of actual cooking which was a tad disappointing considering the price of tickets. The large class size of 19 left us feeling left out at the end of the table, and resulted in a lack of an intimate and authentic experience. It felt like it was simply a money making scheme, as opposed to providing the best experience. Overall would recommend if you are looking for a simple class that is straight forward, just don’t expect the most intimate and authentic experience.
