Experience the warmth of a Grandma’s home while mastering the ancient and renowned craft of handmade pasta. Participants will create pasta from scratch, with a maximum of 8 people, ensuring an authentic Italian family atmosphere. :)
Learn to make traditional Italian pasta such as Ravioli, Fettuccine, Tortellini, Cappelletti, Spaghetti alla Chitarra, and more.
Using only the freshest ingredients, the instructor will demonstrate how to prepare famous Italian sauces. As the chefs leading the class are native Romans, the focus will be on renowned Roman sauces like Arrabbiata, Carbonara, Cacio & Pepe, or Amatriciana. Vegetarians are welcome, with a special menu available!
After cooking, everyone will savor the delicious meal prepared together, accompanied by complimentary wine, in true Italian style. :)

The best food we ate in Rome- and we made it ourselves! :) - Well worth the money and time!!! This was seriously amazing and probably the best food we will ever eat in Rome. I’m not even kidding!! William was our chef/teacher, and he was fantastic. Very personable, and so knowledgeable about the pasta and sauces that we made. He was an excellent instructor. My husband and I loved every minute of the cooking class and cannot wait to try to make what we learned at home. BOOK THIS NOW! :)

Pasta lovers dream - On our first weekend in Rome we decided to try a past making experience and we are so very happy that this is the one we chose! William was a wonderful host , instructor and chef! We made three types of pasta and four sauces…all were delicious and served up with a healthy helping of wine and fun!! What a great way to spend an afternoon. Looking forward to trying the recipes when we get home. Would highly recommend to anyone that enjoys pasta! Thank you William for a fantastic session.

Perfect - Everyone was extremely friendly and open . They made you feel extremely comfortable and welcoming . Even if you aren’t confident in the kitchen, they help you to make a perfect pasta!

Great instructor very detailed but fun , very personable .
Instructions are easy to follow, recipes are simple but soo delicious! The Chad’s room is set up very conveniently for anyone.
Some other reviews pointed out how people are touching the pasta then we all eat it ! No worries first thing asked is for you to wash your hands as soon as you get there and you will wash them again throughout the class! So that’s not a problem.
Really recommend this class if you visit Rome !

Wonderful Experience! - 10/10! The chefs were extremely knowledgable and personable! The atmosphere was fun and I actually feel like I can replicate the recipes we were taught. I would recommend this class agin and again!

Cooking class: Pasta and the SAUCES!! - My mom and I loved this class. It was one of the few that went through the sauces with you. It was a small group and we learned A LOT. Lots of little tips and tricks.
It is a bit further from main downtown area than some others but grabbing the local bus was easy and the bus stop is literally at their door!! Highly, highly recommend.

Great Experience! - My son and I had a fantastic time making pasta together! The chef was so engaging & we enjoyed the five other people that were with us (two other couples and a student). We made three different pastas and three sauces! He asked which sauces we wanted to make and that was how we decided but he also explained how to make others during the class & then emailed the recipes & more! All excellent! The chef recommended doing this class at the beginning of our trip as most of us were at the end, because he had excellent
recommendations for restaurants to try & I would have really liked to try more of them! We went to one and so glad we did!!!

Fun activity while in Rome! - This was such a fun! My daughter and I took a class with William. He was an excellent teacher and amazing chef! I can’t wait to get home and try the recipes and techniques he shared with us!

The cooking class was... - The cooking class was very nice and a good introduction to pasta making. I have done cooking classes in a number of different countries and this was one was just fine because it was geared towards people with very little cooking ability. Also I felt they were super stingy with the wine. We were given one glass of Prosecco and one glass of white wine over the three hours. In every other class I have taken wine was free flowing and you could have as much as you wanted. I wasn’t looking to get drunk but we had three separate courses and my one glass of white wine did not make it through those courses.
