Nice overview - Great overview of the city and a lot of its history. Our guide was very informative and pleasant. We were lucky to just have the 4 of us so we could go at our own pace.

Excellent Genova tour - Our guide Antonio was fantastic. We met promptly, his knowledge of the beautiful city of Genova was in depth, the pace of the tour was perfect and the stops we made to enjoy some Genovan delicacies were enjoyable. All in all, give star. Thank you again for your time, Antonio. Forza Sampdoria!

Genoa on Foot. - Antonio was very well informed and attentive. He certainly took us to places we would never have found. He gave us a shot history of Genoa and the magnificent “palaces” of the aristocracy as well as all the churches. A very good walk.

disappointing guided walking tour in Genoa - Genua is a very interesting and strange city. we took a Viator guided walking tour , following great experience that we had with such a tour eg in Lisbon. This time our experience was disappointing. The guide was a nice fellow, but minimising his engagement, with limited knowledge and definitely not trained or educated as a guide. it was a waste of time and money. and Viator should put more effort in their choice and training of guides.

Was cancelled just before, bad info - Having booked hiking for 1 person, hoped it was a group. Meeted up at the right time, but no guide came. Waited 10-15 minutes before I found out that the organizer had canceled the whole tour. I had only received a small email from Tripadvisor 25 min before attendance, no more notice. Nor did I tell you why, I guess there were too few enrolled. I'm sorry I left up this afternoon after this. I think it should have been better warning (sms/push warning) and that it should have been cancelled in good time and not right before.

Shame - I made reservation for the wrong date because for some! reason when you book the date set up for the next. All other online reservation sites set up for chose the date. I called rite away to customer service and though the representative have been trying to help I was charged the full amount. Customer service couldn't cancel or rebook my reservation. I was frustrated. Now I received third email from Tripadvisor to rate my experience. Shame.

Never again Viator - We were totally stood up by our tour guide (Antonio). After initially contacting us to cancel the tour, we were encouraged to reschedule for a different day; which we did. We were there a little before the appointed time. After waiting half an hour, the tour guide still hadn’t shown. I even checked with likely individuals to see if they might be our guide. We had a really good experience with Viator in Dublin. However, after repeated disappointments, we’ve decided they just aren’t reliable enough for our continued business.
