Commencing a trip to Carrara, globally renowned for its impeccable white marble quality, we first stop at Fanti Scritti. Here, visitors begin their exploration at a unique open-air marble life museum. Following an enjoyable visit (entrance is free), visitors have the option to join a local Jeep tour (approximately 70 minutes long, priced at € 10,00 per person). This journey unveils the magnificent and unparalleled views of white marble quarries, the source of marble blocks employed by Michelangelo in his iconic sculptures. We then proceed to Lucca, where a tour of the ancient wall circle can be undertaken, with an opportunity for a meal in a distinguished trattoria. The journey concludes with a return to the port at 4pm.
