Excellent Homemade Meal with Charming Hostess!! - One night in Milan before we flew home, and couldn’t have spent it in a better way than this cooking class! Chef Chiara was a gracious hostess and extremely friendly! Bruschetta appetizer and wine waiting for us, then made tiramisu, tagliatelle and bolognese sauce. Probably the best meal of our 10-day vacation!! Appreciated the fact that she asked about allergies or food preferences in advance. We rate Chiara 6 out of 5 stars!!

Perfect Authentic Italian Experience - My 16 year old son and I FINALLY AGREE ON SOMETHING—Chiara’s class was the most perfect and authentic experience we had our entire trip to Milan. Originally, I took my sixteen year old son over to Chiara’s loft just to have a night out type of experience. Sixteen year olds are a special kind of difficult to entertain because they feel so grown up but are still too young to enjoy most nightlife. Chiara is so lovely and hospitable. Upon arrival my son and I were served a delicious antipasti. Everything was amazing and nothing like the equivalents we have been eating in the United States. Then it was time to get to work. Her demonstrations and instructions were crystal clear-it felt as if we couldn’t fail even if we tried!! While preparing our meal of tagliatelle and tomato mushroom sauce and tiramisu, my son and I equally enjoyed chatting with Chiara. We spoke about Italian cooking, culture, tradition and music all while whipping creams, soaking savoiardi and kneading/shaping dough. In addition to being an excellent teacher with plenty of patience, she has a great sense of humor and keeps you captivated the entire evening. When we finished cooking I was delighted to see that we turned out perfect pasta and tiramisu. No surprise since our teacher, Chiara, is a culinary genius!!! This night was so special and will be forever etched in our memories.

Amazing Cooking Class Experience - We had an amazing time in the cooking class. Chiara was an amazing teacher and she’s super kind-hearted. We made pasta from scratch and tiramisu, the food tasted amazing and she even provides recipes!!

The perfect way to experience Milanese culture - Our experience with Chiara was fantastic from the moment we stepped in the door. She welcomed us with aperitivo and warm smiles, encouraging us to make ourselves feel at home. We were transported to a world of culinary delight with a fantastic tiramisu demonstration and photo-worthy pasta making. The dish was superb, the company divine, and the host extremely thoughtful. She even returned our earring that we had lost the next day! We will always think of Chiara when we have tagliatelle.

Best meal in Italy ❤️ - We had such a good time! The experience included a meat and cheese appetizer, and we made red sauce, pasta, and tiramisu. It was the best meal we had in Italy. We learned a lot and made new friends. Highly recommend!

Delicious food and lots of laughs! - We had so much fun with this class! Chiara was such a great host. Lots of wine, great music, and laughs along the way - and not to mention the food was delicious! We totally lucked out booking this class. We were paired with 4 other people which made it a fun social experience too! Great communication from the host and the location was easy to find too!

Pasta making with Chiara - Chiara was incredible! So much fun in her flat making pasta. We were a group of 4 and it was an absolutely perfect night. She was so accommodating and helpful.
