The session begins with crafting tiramisù entirely from scratch, including making the tiramisù cream and assembling a personal dessert, which will need to chill in the fridge for a few hours. Participants will be guided through each step of making pasta from scratch, preparing the ideal sauce, and cooking the pasta to perfection. Additionally, they will make gnocchi from scratch, prepare a truffle sauce, and bake their own dish to achieve a slightly crunchy cheesy gnocchi topping. This delightful experience is complemented by a superb wine tasting, featuring both top-class Italian white and red wines.
