Nice experience - Nice experience. Friendly and kind staff. Short journey but well organized and with various times already defined at the start. The only thing to watch out for is the pier of arrival at the various islands (which will be the same as the departure) and the writing on the boat, because several companies stop at the same pier. So you have to keep in mind which is the boat that will come to pick you up also to not clog the pier.

Nice major lake - Beautiful day to discover the Borromean Islands on Lake Maggiore, the favorite island is for us will peschiera charming living island, welcoming completely different from the island isola madre where you be see nothing from the island unless you pay extra. As we many waited for the return of the shuttle to go to the next island and not paying. During our stay we also made Lake Garda and Lake Como and unanimously our preference is the latter the landscapes are beautiful while Lake Maggiore has less charm while being very pretty. It's all about taste and personal feeling.

Basic ferry with poor communication of timings - The tour was not as enjoyable as it could have been. After buying the tickets the seller scribbled times on the back of the ticket before going to the next customer. It was never really clear which boat we would go on- despite their good English every announcement was barked out rapidly before we could take it in. This is easily resolved - publish a timetable (not even on the website) ideal on the back of the ticket. Also have the timetable on the landing stage and have the driver of the boat call out the name of the next port of call. In the end we took the public boat which was more pleasant than the small boat used by the operator. Fortunately passengers were not piled in like sardines in the small boat as we have had in Venice ! A few improvements would be worth doing

Swindlers - These boat guys are swindlers - they won’t tell you any information until after you’ve given them your cash. They will lie to you and tell you they don’t take credit card. They talk to you like you’re a moron. I absolutely would never use this company again. After asking what time tour is while paying, the guy never told me till after I paid then when time didn’t work for us he refused to hand me my cash back.

Online tickets will not be faster - Don't buy tickets online if you think this will be faster; you have to change them at the desk near the boots. So when you are in the row you will be sent back and you'll have to wait again.

Summer Boats very poor service. - Very friendly staff. You have to wait hours on an island for them to pick you up. They take you from island to island when it suits the Summer Boats. Poor communication. We had to wait for hours on the island. Never sail with Summer Boats!
