A local chef and team will guide students in English on how to create pasta dough from scratch. As you craft the pasta, your instructor will demonstrate how to make the dough using basic ingredients and without a pasta machine. While preparing and tasting the pasta, we’ll also savor some intriguing local wines and snacks, including pasta.
