Apulian cooking class - Danilo welcomed us into his wonderful restaurant Filo D'Olio and told us his story while teaching us some Apulian recipes.
The chef and the restaurant manager then intervened and made us feel at home.
Super recommended if you are interested in Apulian traditions and passionate about cooking.
The chef's pasta with mussels is truly a gem.
Thanks to all the Filo D'Olio staff for giving us an unforgettable experience.
