Additional Information

In the northwest corner of Sardinia, lies the captivating town of Porto Torres, where you can participate in a guided sea kayak tour originating from a distinct beach - Scogliolungo beach, uniquely marked by a dolphin statue perched on an offshore rock. Led by our knowledgeable guide, experience an energetic but beginner-friendly exploration of the rough coastline marked by imposing cliffs and hanging walls. The excursion will make a cooling stop at a hidden beach, either Scoglioricco or the magnificent Balai, before proceeding to explore numerous caves only accessible by water.

Spanning approximately 8 km, the course of the tour is tailored depending on various factors such as weather conditions on the day of the tour and the readiness of the group. The route could extend to take you all the way to the petite church of Balai starting from Scogliolungo Beach.

Over the course of the tour, expect to visit at least 2 to 3 caves, selected by our expert guide, and enjoy a 15-minute break at Scoglioricco or Balai beach.

Highly recommended - The kayak tour was very nice, we were lucky that we were a very small group. Unfortunately, the swell was a bit stronger, but the crew can't help it, so we couldn't visit all the caves. We were provided with interesting information and had a little break on a remote beach. Around however highly recommended.

Exciting excursion with professional and friendly guides who convey safety and really know their way around! - Our trip with Paulo along the rocky coast and even into the interior of some caves, was a real joy! Our tour guides were very friendly, courteous and had great knowledge about kayaking and the local area, about dangers and sights. Paulo was always on hand with advice and action should it be necessary. He could also tell many techniques and things about the kayak, the history of the place or the plants and animals in English. Even if driving into the caves first needs to be overcome, Paulo was always concerned about safety even in the caves and never left us alone. We had a great time, thank you again!
