Excellence on Etna! - We cannot praise this tour enough. Communication and pick up were seamless; our guide Sylvia was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about Etna. The whole 5 hours was a fascinating learning experience, packed with historical anecdotes, statistics and geological information. The views, of course, were spectacular. We really enjoyed the whole experience and would recommend it wholeheartedly.

Incredible tour and brilliant guide (Giovanni) - This tour exceeded our expectations. We are geography teachers and we were very excited to see Etna in person - this tour did not disappoint! The views of Etna on this tour were incredible. Our tour guide, Giovanni, made our trip so enjoyable. He is very knowledgable and kept us laughing with his brilliant sense of humour. This is a trip we won't forget and we will return next year!

A must do tour. Giovanni is a great tour guide - If you only do 1 tour in Catania this is a must with Giovanni as your tour guide. His personality & charm made the tour unforgettable. He is a geologist & his expertise & knowledge was outstanding. Ask him any question and he has an entertaining & informative answer. The tour itself exceeded expectations & it was our highlight of Catania. Forgot to mention Mt Etna is stunning to see as well.

Going to Etna - Our guide, Suseana, was very knowledgeable regarding the history of Mt. Etna. She was also very thoughtful regarding what we wanted to see and time spent at each stop.

Beautiful sunset tour on Etna. I am disabled and travel with an assistance dog - The truth is that the experience was incredible. I did the sunset tour on April 30, 2024 and it was a beautiful visit. The volcano is incredible and the entire environment, the caves and the valleys are wonderful. I want to emphasize the attention of the agency to me throughout the entire process and of Claudia our guide during the visit. They were a 10 from start to finish. On a personal note, I want to indicate that I am a disabled and diabetic person who travels with an assistance dog. I had many problems with other agencies since they do not know how to differentiate between a pet and an assistance dog. When I thought I would not be able to make the visit, this agency answered me and helped me with everything and we were able to fulfill my dream of visiting the volcano with Otto, my service dog. Of course there was no problem with my dog, on the contrary he was the darling of the visit. THANK YOU FOR BEING AN INCLUSIVE AGENCY and helping people with disabilities to fulfill their dreams.

Samuela and Etna all the way! - My boyfriend and I recently went on the sunset tour to Etna with the amazing guide Samuela! We couldn't have asked for a better guide. She explained everything along the way in both Italian and English since we were in a mixed group. Samuela even took us to a tasting and recommended the best regional products to taste and buy from local producers in Etna! (the honey and Pistachio butter are something out of this world!) I highly recommend trying this tour. We opted for the sunset tour, but I believe the morning one is equally impressive. The view from Etna overlooking Catania, Taormina, and even Calabria is simply breathtaking!

Active volcano makes it a must see. - It was quite a sight to see the lava flow, craters and landscape due to the eruptions through the years. The guide, Simone, was extremely knowledgeable and very giving with photos, information and sharing facts.
