- Via dei Biscottari, 13 - We will meet to prepare fresh, stuffed pasta in two formats to be seasoned with two traditional recipes from our region and then taste them, accompanied by local wine. Everything will be served on the table in a characteristic location where the dishes will be prepared. Next, we will prepare tiramisu, a typical recipe of Italian gastronomic culture.

Would definitely recommend!! - We had such a great experience with Gianpiero! We made ravioli, tagliatelle and tiramisu, all the best we’ve ever eaten. He was very friendly and has a great sense of humour. Gianpiero has created a lovely space in his home and provided us with a cheese platter as well as prosecco, white and red wine. We all left very full and would definitely recommend to friends. Thanks so much ☺️

Cooking experience in Palermo - This experience was so fun. The chef was organized and it was really neat to be in his home cooking. He made good choices for what to cook and we all got to participate and there was four of us.. He truly made us feel like family. Served us wine. and water and even made dessert as well. It was a full meal. It was an incredible experience. I recommend everybody to do this in Palermo.

Yummy food and fantastic experience - Gianpiero was fantastic! We made homemade pasta- ravioli and a tagliatelle with Sicilian pesto made from sun dried tomatoes and ricotta, and tiramisu. His instructions were clear and helpful, and he had a great sense of humour with great stories and information about Sicilian cuisine. He also provided some antipasti and amazing Sicilian wine. I now have some food to try out at home. I couldn’t recommend it more.
