At the end of the class, we will sit down and enjoy these dishes for lunch or dinner. The menu is based on the seasonality of the ingredients, regional specialties, and family recipes. 5 star - exceptional experience! - 5 star experience!!Fabulous cooking class in the lovely home of native Sicilians. Alice and Francesco are incredibly hospitable, we learned a lot about the traditional recipes, had fun preparing the meal and my goodness- all was delicious! This exceeded our expectations. Wonderful family experience - We are a family of 6 and took this class the day we arrived in Palermo. Alice was wonderful- her English was very good and immediately put us at ease. We made incredible food with local- seasonal products. Alice had good "food science" knowledge and also vast knowledge of Sicilian culture.

An absolute must if you want to experience a local Sicilian meal - Alice and Francesco are an absolute delight!! I recommend their cooking class for anyone who wants to learn about Sicilian food and culture. It felt like dining with old friends in Palermo’s city center! They are so knowledgeable not only about the ingredients but also the history. We had such a great time learning from them and would absolutely do it again. 10/10!!!

Personalized, unique, unforgettable experience! - This is a fantastic and unique experience! Highly recommended, an excellent value. I am an experienced cook and my husband is a novice, yet both of us had a blast and learned so much! Our hosts/teachers were so fun, knowledgeable and personable that we did not want the evening to end. The space is roomy, comfortable and perfectly suited for cooking hands-on and our meal together - eating the fruits of our labors - was like being at a close friend's dinner party. Our hosts' deep knowledge of the history of the ingredients, dishes, Palermo and Sicily made the meal extra special. Their passion for food and for sharing their culture was impressive.

Great bonding experience - What a lovely couple to welcome people into their home and teach them how to make traditional Sicilian dishes! My husband and I took this class on our honeymoon and I'm not usually fond of cooking but this was fun and interesting! Making our own pasta shapes was the highlight for me, as well as getting to eat everything we made. The hosts are wonderful and have many stories and recommendations!

Faboloso cooking class with Francesco and Alice! - Wonderful time at Francesco and Alice's cooking class. They explain the history of the local dishes you are making and the ingredients that you are using. Both provide clear step by step cooking instructions, demonstrations, and helpful hints along the way. Was so much fun that time flew by and before we knew it, we were sharing a delicious three course meal that we prepared together. Francesco and Alice are easily a pleasure to be with, excellent cooking instructors and we had a fun and fabulous experience with them.

Cooking in Sicily. - The cooking class was an amazing experience. Not only Alice and Francesco taught us how to prepare an incredible menu, they also shared pearls about Sicilian culture, language and history. All this capped with a dinner around their table. They are welcoming and warm, very generous when sharing their knowledge. Quite a special evening!
