In a familiar and comfortable setting, I will guide you step-by-step in creating a complete 3-course Sicilian menu, from appetizer to dessert. You’ll be welcomed with a drink, and then we’ll get started by putting on our aprons and diving into the cooking process! We’ll kick off with a seasonal appetizer. Next, I’ll share the secrets to making the best fresh pasta at home, starting with a simple dough of water and flour, and pairing it with a delicious seasonal sauce that I’ll teach you to prepare. We’ll also craft a traditional dessert based on the season, such as watermelon jelly or cassatella with ricotta cheese. Once everything is ready, we’ll enjoy our dishes together, accompanied by some excellent local wine.
