Lovely - We've been there last month and I think is the best Italian experience to do! I've never made pasta before and now that I live in Canada it made me need to do it everyday! Location still let me without words, is so huge and full of trees and fresh vegetables! Carlo and his wife helped us in every step making it so easy! Loved them and I suggest you to go there asap! Surely I will come back soon cause I felt so good through the sunset, the lovely homeowner and the smell of the Italian food!

Hands down the best thing to do in Palermo! - Carlo and Maria were incredible hosts! We had an exceptional time cooking with them, touring the farm, and most of all eating our delicious meal. Hands down the best thing to do in Palermo!

Learning to cook with fresh ingredients from your garden was amazing. The view of Palermo, especially in the evening, was spectacular. Carlo and his wife are fantastic hosts, and provided us with the recipes after class. Don't miss it if you're in Sicily!

Cooking class with Carlo - My partner and I enjoyed an amazing experience learning to prepare vegetarian ravioli. Carlo, the chef, was Pro and friendly, and all the ingredients and all the products we used we picked from our own garden. In addition, the spectacular sea view from your home made the experience even more special.
