Tenuta Fanti - We start with a guided tour of the winery including the history of the family, the winemaking techniques and production of wine and oil, a visit to the aging cellars where the wine rests in oak barrels. The highlight of the day comes with a gourmet lunch inside the historic tasting room or outdoors, on an enchanting panoramic terrace.
The menu is designed to enhance the typical products of Tuscany, with particular attention to the quality and freshness of the ingredients. Each course is accompanied by a selection of fine wines from the Estate, including the famous Brunello di Montalcino DOCG and Rosso di Montalcino DOC, expertly paired with local dishes.
Among the protagonists of the lunch, you will find: 4 types of Extra Virgin Olive Oil savored on warm Tuscan bread or with fresh vegetables, the oil produced on the estate represents the pure essence of the peasant tradition + 5-6 types of Wine.
Local appetizers: Selection of typical cheeses and cured meats, accompanied by honey and local jams.
